Here’s how to create it:

1. Debone the meat
2. Slice the meat into small pieces
3. In a bowl, mix the rice with some yoghurt together with the meat
4. To make the paste, in a small bowl add 1/4 cup of water and 3 tbsp of flour, then set aside
5. Take a small deep bowl, spread some paste mixture on the edges of the wrap
6. Add the frikeh with the meat, wrap it up and apply egg wash
7. Fry the wrap in a pan with low heat and remove when golden brown
8. Slice in half and serve with yoghurt salad
