Mandi Madness

What you’ll need:
Lamb
Rice
Fatoush
Tomato sauce
Old El Paso Wraps
Here’s how to create it:
  1. Debone the lamb
  2. Slice the lamb into small pieces
  3. In the bowl, mix the rice and some yoghurt together with the meat
  4. To make a paste, add 1/4 cup of water, 3 tbsp of flour to a bowl and set aside
  5. Take a small deep bowl and spread some paste mixtures on the edges of the wraps
  6. Put the wrap in the bowl and press it down, then add the mandi mixture to the wrap and wrap it up. Transfer over to the oven tray with wax paper and brush the wrap with egg wash
  7. Cook in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes @180 degrees
  8. Serve with a yoghurt salad
