In the bowl, mix the rice and some yoghurt together with the meat
To make a paste, add 1/4 cup of water, 3 tbsp of flour to a bowl and set aside
Take a small deep bowl and spread some paste mixtures on the edges of the wraps
Put the wrap in the bowl and press it down, then add the mansaf mixture to the wrap and wrap it up. Transfer over to the oven tray with wax paper and brush the wrap with egg wash
Cook in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes @180 degrees
